Great RV Service

Just want to share our experience coming back from our annual trip to the adirondack mts, as we were leaving our favorite camping spot we had a close encounter with a tree limb. It ripped a hole in the side of our flagstaff travel trailer and tore the awning practically off. As we were driving home we called Nancy at the churchville ny store & she couldn't have been more helpful. Took our information on what happen & and this is what floored us the most she offered to wait @ the store till we got there to take pictures and assess the damage so we could head home to hamburg ny. The service we recevied from start to the completion of the repair was made so smooth because of Nancy. So kudos to Wilkins rv, churchville for having such a helpful employee on staff. And again Nancy thanks for all your help!

We received the ROYAL treatment

To The President of Wilkins RV,
We picked up our “used” travel trailer this past weekend and got the “Royal” treatment as if we had purchased a “new” trailer. The technician, Larry did a thorough walk thru of the unit with us. We learned a lot of things we did not know. When we found out we had a nail in our truck tire, it was repaired for us with no questions asked.
The gift certificate was another surprise. Thanks again for that!
Our salesman “Rick Mess” was the best! He even went to the trouble of picking up John’s hat left in a local restaurant.
All the personnel we met with were very professional.
