Thank you to all of you at Wilkins RV. Leo and I were first time RV shoppers and we were met with the best “customer service” we have ever experienced. From our first visit to our pick up were treated with the utmost professionalism. Gary our salesperson was excellent! He answered all of your questions and was very patient with us. Bryan Wise was the financial professional that answered all of our questions and assisted in every way possible. Out “tour guide to our new camper” gave us the “scoop” with a great deal of knowledge. Mike Riley was a huge help. He even stopped by our home to assist us one final time.
Mr. Wilkins you have a staff that exemplifies “customer service” to the best possible degree. We will recommend you and your staff to everyone we can. Thank you all for a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end! It was wonderful!

Words cannot express how pleased we were with the overall politeness, integrity and outright professionalism of everyone at Wilkins RV.
We are proud to say that we purchased our very 1st Travel Trailer from them this year at the RV show in Hershey Park. Upon entering their section, we were once again greeted by Ronda Sick (we had met her last year). Ronda had listened to what we were looking for and hit the nail on the head! She immediately took us to look at the North Country 31RETS and that was it, we were done! Nothing else compared to it.
Our respect for Ronda and everyone on the Wilkins team came from the fact that they let the product speak for its self. Every time we came back to look at the travel trailer again, someone would see us, and either answer whatever questions we may have had or they would go and get Ronda (knowing she was already working with us).
Where we had other vendors stating to us “come on lets do this” or “you know you want this, lets sign ~ lets sign now.” Wilkins RV was able to stand tall in that there was never any undo pressure from them to “make the sale.” They allowed us to take our time, absorb it all in. No one pushed us into doing something we may or may not have been ready for. This not only earned them our respect, but got them our business as well.
That is why we have, and will continue to recommend anyone we know looking for a camper to our friends at Wilkins RV.

Great Service and Staff

We were thrilled with the service and your staff at Wilkins. Rick Mess made the whole experience very EASY and even fun!!!. He is such a warm and friendly person you just have to instantly trust him. I usually "dread" having to negotiate deals that involve a "trade in" but Wilkins seemed very fair and honest when negotiating with us. The staff that cleaned the trailer did an incredible job as did the person that showed us how everything works. I have been recommending you to our "camping friends "and will continue to do so in the future. Everyone made us feel so comfortable, even to the point of inviting our dog inside to play!!Pugsy had as much fun as we did exploring all of the campers!! Thanks again for the outstanding service!! We would like to thank you for giving us Rick to work with. He was a great sales person and treated us with the upmost respect. We enjoyed our time looking at campers and he gave us the personal time we needed to discuss what we wanted. I can honestly say that we have never been treated better. He made it fun and we never felt any pressure. We commend him on his help and will recommend both Wilkins and Rick to our friends.
